Chapter 17

Arnav and Khushi quickly got out of the lake and wore their clothes before any one came. They were back in their chamber and were sitting in the balcony all cuddled up in a blanket. The morning was pleasant and radiant. The birds chirped the sun shining bright and ever, and the two lovers in each others arms enjoying the serine beauty.

Arnav: What a night (he smirked)

Khushi blushed a bit remembering the previous night and early morning love making session. She dug her face deeper into Arnav's chest. Arnav kissed her temples and then said

Arnav: but you know i am glad you are adventurous it turns me on (he said with a wicked smile)

Khushi: (going crimson) Stop it (she slapped his chest)

He chuckled and then held her tighter, they stayed quiet for a while and then after a few minutes she plopped her head out of his chest and then said too him innocently

Khushi: But i am also happy, because you thought me to be so adventurous, i never knew i had this side in me.

Arnav giggled a bit more and then hugged her back

Meanwhile Lavanaya was looking at the calm blue sea, the waves slipped back and forth. She enjoyed the view in front of her. The sweet smell of freedom, was making her feel alive. After ages she could breathe the way she wanted. Now that Shyam was permanently out of her life she was free as a bird. Akash who watched her from a distance came slowly towards her and said in a calm voice.

Akash: Its beautiful isnt it

Lavanaya: yeah it is (she said with a smile and the hugged him) And I have you to thank for it

Akash: (hugged her back, they broke the hug and then he took her hand in his and said) Lavanaya I want to ask you something

Lavanaya looked up at him wondering what he had to say, Akash took out a blue box bent down on one knee and took her hand in hers.

Akash: Will you marry me

He said softly, the wind blew and the noise of the sea waves was romantic. Lavanaya's smile grew brighter and she nodded he smiled back happy to here a yes, made her wear the ring. He stood up and she jumped into his arms with full force.

Lavanaya: Yes Yes Yes Yes off course i will marry you.

she hugged him really tightly and he took her in and kissed her all over. Akash was the most happiest man in the land.

It was lunch time and they all came down for lunch. Arnav and Khushi were holding hands and hugging. Shilleena came down the stairs singing. Lavanaya and Akash  were also holding hands. Khushi went to the kitchen to get the food and the rest of them seated themselves at the table. Shilleena looked at Akash and Lavanya and said in a bubbly voice

Shilleena: Congratulations

The two looked at each other shocked and Arnav looked confused Khushi came and sat down and asked

Khushi: What are we talking about

Arnav: Shilleena is congratulating Akash but I dont know why

Shilleena: Not only Akash Bhaya, but Lavanya as well (she said smiling)

Arnav and Khushi looked at Akash and Lavanaya all confused and then Akash said

Akash: We have an announcement to make. Lavanaya and I are engaged and we are getting married

He said with the biggest smile and Lavanaya blushed furiously

Khushi got up with a big smile to hug them so did Arnav. They congratulated them and the Lavanaya asked

Lavanaya: But Shills how did you know.

Shilleena: (smiled) Ahha thats a secrete

Akash: Yeah that even i want to know how (he raised his eye brow)

Shilleena: I had the vision 2 days before and when i came down the stairs and saw you and Lavanaya holding hands i was sure that you had asked her for marriage and she said yes.

Arnav: Anyway, Akash Lavanaya this calls for a celebration. We will celebrate your wedding in a grand style. (he said happily) My brother is getting married

Khushi: Oh this is so exciting Lavanayaji dont you worry Akash bhaya your wedding is my responsibility i will plan everything

Shilleena: yes & and i will help

They were all so excited. Akash was happy to have Arnav as a friend who treats him as a brother.he was thrilled that Lavanaya said yes. He vowed to always take care of her

The celebration preparations started
